Gypsy's Hot Romance☼

Romance novels, all sub genre's from Erotica to Classics.  Give me a HEA or even HFN and it is all good.

I tend to read only new release books.  Sometimes I get a bit behind and the book is now a month or two old but hey, so many books, so little time.

If you are from GR, you may know me better as Sunny.  A happy Canadian.

Forever and a Day - Jill Shalvis This series did not let me down at any time in any way. From the first book this latest one, each unique yet joined by threads.
Grace ran out of gas in Lucky Harbour and decided to stay. This was were she was going to find her happy place with the encouragement of her friends Amy and Mallory, fellow chocolate buddies. Being the only adopted child of high achievers, she has spent her life trying to earn her last name and her parents respect and love. Now she needs to step aside from her life goals and find herself and some fun.

Dr. Scott, single parent, brother of a parapoligic sister and tired to the bone from doing ER shifts, keeping his interited father's practice going and volunteering at the clinic. He as small time for his son and his sister and no time for a love life.

Grace, unlike her name, crashes into his life trying to rescue what she believes is his drowning dog, fondly called by Josh the antichrist. Grace helps first, and thinks about it next. It isn't long before she is in the middle of life with Josh and his family, and liking being there very much.

The character build and the plot build is so smooth you rarely realise it is happening. The many love scenes are so natural in place and timing you forget the mechanics and just enjoy. A fantastic read as I have come to expect without exception from Jill Shalvis. Every book and series as good as the one before if not better.
