A book hard to put down.
Eva and Gideon's romance continues burning either blue-fire hot or freezing cold.
Most of this book was from Eva's point of view and the puzzles just keep building up. Who attacked Carry? Who committed a murder? Why would Gideon not let her into his inner self? Some of the questions are ...sort of answered. Enough info is dangled in front of you to jump to all of the wrong conclusions.
The bonds between the couple strengthens ,but is the house of love built on sand?
Nightmares continue, Corinne (Gideon's ex.)continues but Eva now has her ex. Brett the Rock star in the mix.
Secondary characters such as half brother Christopher, Eva's police father, and model mother, and the workmates are all in the story but their parts are small. You are given just enough to remember who they are but for the most part they are unnecessary to the main theme of hot romance.
